Meet Shona
Originally from Westport in Ireland, Shona played provincial rugby for Connacht before securing a scholarship for Central Washington University in 2018. Studying for a degree in Psychology, she enjoyed four years playing for the Wildcats and stayed on for a fifth year as a graduate student, majoring in Sports Psychology.
Shona now leads our rugby activity including assessment trials and Talent ID events alongside fellow college rugby alum Jamie Berresford and former Scotland international Ryan Wilson, passing on her insights and experience from her time as a student-athlete to the next generation of aspiring rugby players.
