Meet Martin
Martin heads up our Talent Management team, bringing an extensive senior leadership, education and football background to the role. A former FirstPoint USA athlete, he attended Newman University in Wichita, Kansas on a soccer scholarship and continued his education at the University of Strathclyde, attaining a postgraduate qualifications in Education, Physical Education and Standard for Headship. He progressed to work in the education sector, amassing 17 years within in teaching and senior leadership roles.
A talented footballer, his professional and semi-professional career spanned over 25 years, playing for Hibernian FC, Stranraer and Queen of the South. He represented Scotland at U18s level, and has played for several top junior (semi-professional) clubs in the west of Scotland.
