Meet Derek
Derek brings an impressive footballing CV to FirstPoint USA, having made more than 500 appearances for Greenock Morton spanning two spells over 16 years, which remains a club record and held the honour of being the first player to play in all four of Scotland's senior leagues with the same club. He also played for Hibs, Preston North End, Partick Thistle and Gretna, and had a spell as Morton’s assistant manager. Having worked in the construction and property business, he joined FirstPoint USA in March 2024 to develop our football activities and support aspiring young footballers.
