Meet Allen
Bringing a wealth of experience in the sports industry from a variety of different roles, Allen rejoined FirstPoint USA in January 2024 to lead our work in Performance Analysis for our student-athletes across all sports.
He spent five years at Scottish Premier League club St Mirren, initially as Academy performance analyst, before being promoted to Head of Performance Analyst. During that time, he also worked with the Scottish Football Association as U19s then U21s performance analyst. Allen then transferred his skills to a commercial role with Rangers Football Club as Senior Commercial Strategy Executive, working with the club’s key partners and sponsors.
